| Job Scope |
- Execute sales with existing and potential customers by performing the following:

| Duties and Responsibilities: |
- Provide solutions to existing and potential customer’s problems/concerns.
- Prepare sales information for customers.
- Manage assigned accounts and territory.
- Call prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship.
- Increase sales in respective accounts.
- Establish buying influences, budgets, and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts.
- Secure and place orders considering delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to Director of Sales by assigned dates.
- Assist other sales representatives as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

| Education Requirements: |
- Some college coursework
- College graduate preferred
|
| Other Qualifications: |
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to exercise independent judgment
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
|
| Experience Requirements: |
- Minimum 3-5 years outside sales experience
- Outside sales experience within Office Equipment Industry preferred
